The Facilities
The Sage Cellarage facility has a computerized climate-control system that maintains a 55°F temperature and 70% humidity level—ideal cellar conditions. A back-up mechanical system also helps ensure stable temperatures during maintenance or in the event of mechanical failure.

Tasting Room
All locker customers will have access to use of our new tasting room twice a year up to two hours each time, only by advance appointments upon availability.
The design of the facility will be carried out by renowned architecture firm AUX Office, toward maximized storage volume, ideal climatic circulation and a tasteful experience.
Based in Los Angeles, AUX is an internationally accomplished studio focused on concept, materiality and refined detail.
